This Privacy Policy describes how QKV Token Corp, a New York corporation (“QKV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the website at qkvtoken.com, the public capabilities Demo, the authenticated employee Portal, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). QKV is the controller of the personal information described here.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Contact information. If you write to one of our
@qkvtoken.comcontact addresses, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any attachments. - Portal credentials. When you sign in to the Portal, our identity-provider integration (Cloudflare Access) receives the identity-provider identifier you used to sign in — for example, your work email address.
- Demo input. If you submit text or audio to a public Demo, that content is processed to produce a response and may be retained for a limited period for quality, safety, and abuse-prevention purposes.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Log data. Our hosting and CDN infrastructure receive standard request data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type, operating system, referring URL, the pages you request, and timestamps.
- Cookies. We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies for security, bot mitigation, smooth-scroll preferences, and session continuity. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral-targeting cookies.
- Performance. We may collect aggregated performance and error metrics to keep the Services reliable.
1.3 Information from third parties
If you sign in to the Portal through a third-party identity provider (for example, Google Workspace or GitHub), we receive limited identity information that provider releases to us (typically your email address and display name).
2. How we use information
- To operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- To authenticate Portal users and personalize their experience.
- To respond to inquiries you send to a contact address.
- To detect, investigate, and respond to abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- To enforce our Terms of Service and AI Disclosure.
3. Legal bases (EEA / UK visitors)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information under the following bases as applicable: (a) contract — to provide the Services you request; (b) legitimate interests — to secure, operate, and improve the Services and our business; and (c) legal obligation — to comply with law.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf and under written contracts, including Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, Zero Trust Access), LiveKit (real-time media routing for the AI Voice Attendant Demo), AI model providers used in our Demos, and our self-hosted email provider.
- Authorities when required by valid legal process, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of QKV, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
5. International transfers
The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, to enforce our agreements, or to resolve disputes. Access logs are retained for a short operational window (typically days to weeks). Demo input is retained for a limited safety and quality-review period. Portal identity records are retained for the duration of your access plus a reasonable security-audit window.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to (a) request access to personal information we hold about you, (b) request correction of inaccurate information, (c) request deletion, (d) object to or restrict certain processing, (e) port your information, and (f) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of certain processing (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising). To exercise these rights, write to privacy@qkvtoken.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
8. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your access has been compromised, contact us immediately at security@qkvtoken.com.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Do Not Track
We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals because there is no industry consensus on how to interpret them. We do not perform cross-site tracking.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Updated” date at the top of this page.
